Raccoon Park provides a dynamic, multi-faceted gathering space for the surrounding community, with a strong focus on play. Designed to enrich the quality of life for both established residents and newcomers, the park fosters social interaction and active play within a natural setting. At its heart is a large, custom play structure made from natural materials, offering a variety of play elements for children of all ages. The park also includes a plaza with a splash pad, movable seating, custom benches, and a natural woodland exploration area.

The Toronto team at O2, collaborated closely with the tight-knit community to create a park that serves existing residents while welcoming new members from the adjacent residential towers. Our involvement spans design development, community engagement, and construction documentation, and will continue through contract administration to bring the vision of Raccoon Park to life.
