Inspiring landscape architecture bringing the essence of Muskoka to the heart of North York!

Developed over a former surface parking lot, Ei8hty8 has become much more then a condominium project. Comprised of a 35 storey residential tower and adjoining townhomes, the site is focused upon a central water feature bringing a communal oasis to 88 Sheppard Avenue in North York. The large reflecting pool is built over  the parking  structure and incorporates private decks to the townhomes along its edges. The central island features bring users into a tranquil landscape resembling the Muskoka region. A beautiful mix of planting, stones, wood decking, and hardscape are suspended over the water creating a unique contextual reference  for the project within the City.
