Each year, O2 partners with a local brewery to relabel a set beers that we share with our friends as a holiday gift. This year, O2 is excited to be partnering with Establishment Brewing in Calgary.

The Calgary Beers

The Establishment Brewing Company is a brewery and taproom located in Calgary’s Manchester Brewing District - an area perfect for brewery-hopping, and was recently named provincial brewery of the year for the third time in six years. We are so excited about this collaboration. Our kit contains three beers from Establishment this year:

Original Poster
Stampede District Hazy IPA 6.5% ABV (original recipe: Sky Rocket - Hazy IPA)

The old walkway from the LRT to the Saddledome, along a wall of Stampede posters, was an essential Calgary experience. So when O2 was asked to design the streetscape and plaza for the new BMO Centre on the Stampede Grounds, we knew exactly what to do. Our streetscape design etches these classic graphics directly onto the sidewalk, cementing the Stampede’s history into, well, the cement. The new street and plaza opens up a new walkway—and a new chapter—for Stampede Park. Scan the code to learn more about how O2 gives shape to highly valued streets, plazas, and districts.

Racoon Park
Playground Pilsner 4.7% ABV (original recipe: I’m In Your Mind - Italian Pilsner)

The raccoon, the trash panda, the fur bandit. Canadians have long shared our cities with these mischievous little creatures. This year, in an ode to our wilder neighbourhoods, O2 unveiled Toronto’s Raccoon Park. The park, near Younge and Eglinton, is a hub that brings together new and established communities. It contains a large custom playground with an iconic, climbable raccoon face. O2 builds playful parks and playground that bring joy and recreation to our communities. Neighbouring for Climate
Action Card Ale 4.8% ABV (original recipe: My Best Friends Girl - Kölsch-style Ale)

Addressing climate change can feel overwhelming. That’s why O2 worked with the City of Edmonton to develop a toolkit that brings neighbours together. With easy-to-use action cards, Neighbouring for Climate provides tips for reducing emissions and adapting our neighbourhoods to a changing climate. O2 works with communities to build solutions, tools, and education campaigns for issues big and small. Scan here to learn more about our community-driven work.
