Absolute Condos

The Absolute project has become an iconic landmark to the Mississauga City Centre.

Referred to as the “Marilyn” and “Oscar” buildings, the Absolute project brings a unique articulation to the Mississauga skyline. The entire site constitutes 5 residential towers that are tied together through an extensive public realm and streetscape network. The sculpted courtyards are fashioned with pavers in curving patterns which are synchronized with the towers. Open lawns, playgrounds, pools and splash pads create a livable space in an exciting new community.

Completed in 2013, O2 (Toronto team, previously NAK Design Group) led the design and construction of public realm, streetscapes and exterior amenity areas for the entire development site. In 2012, Absolute received the Award of Excellence (Phase IV) at the Mississauga Urban Design Awards, and later received the Mississauga People’s Choice Urban Design Award in 2020.
